309 High Street

The works consisted of complete refurbishment of the property including a single storey extension to the rear and side as well as full conversion of the loft space. Internally this gave additional living space to the ground floor and an additional bedroom within the loft.

With stunning views to the rear of the property, special attention was paid to installing double doors with a Juliette balcony to allow the client to enjoy the new area.

With some of the original items being retained such as internal doors and ironmongery and the staircase, determination was made to ensure all new additions were in keeping and matched well into the existing house.

With the project being carried out in a popular tourist area, special effort was made by our site team to respect the local area and ensure deliveries were made at sensible times.
