Situated in a picturesque location, Baytree Cottage combines traditional materials of timber clad walls and clay pantile roof with a modern open plan living space. Its fully glazed gable end which allows light to filter throughout the house works together with a wide range of renewable energy technologies to help maintain a sustainable way of life and to keep running costs low.
The building has a bespoke cupola and has settled into its tranquil location perfectly.
