Foxhall Lodge

The works at Foxhall Lodge involved the construction a large four storey extension to a traditional Georgian house, delivered using traditional building methods. Works were carried out sympathetically whilst our customer was living in the existing property.

As part of the build, deep excavations were carried out to form a 'semi-basement' whilst the existing Georgian house was also underpinned.

The new extension utilises a high efficiency ground source heat pump supplying the property with underfloor heating throughout.

  • Creation of a 'semi-basement'
