Lennys Farm

Lennys Farm is a complete refurbishment of an old Suffolk farmhouse, including a cedar-clad extension.

Due to cement render applied in the 1950's (as with Burnt House Farm) the oak frame of the farmhouse suffered considerable damage by Deathwatch beetle and required extensive levels of repair.

Renewable technologies were installed for heating and hot water and combined with high levels of insulation. The property is now set to benefit from significantly reduced running costs for the future.

  • Highly insulated external walls
  • Cedar-cladding on the extension
  • Oak timber-frame repairs
