Mill House

Mill House is located in a rural village with garden access to the local estuary and was originally part of the flour mill cottages. The works consisted of full refurbishment of the existing cottage with a contemporary extension to the rear.

The timber framed extension at Mill House was designed to give additional living space to the compact ground floor whilst maximising the garden views. The internal finishes consisted of a mixture of painted MDF panelling, self-finished plywood and rubber flooring. Externally the extension was clad with Siberian Larch timber with high performance aluminium windows.
