Works to this 17th century Grade II listed country house involved considerable upgrading and refurbishment. This included stripping the roof, introducing new dormer windows, repairing the chimney, re-insulating to a very high standard and then relaying the roof with the original tiles.
Substantial renovations were also carried out to the external façade, including significant oak frame repairs.
A single storey extension and a substantial internal refurbishment delivered additional fine touches including revising the existing layout, repairs to internal joinery and windows, new staircases, re-wiring, re-plumbing and the installation of under-floor heating.
