Having purchased the existing property,in 2011 our customers tasked us to obtain planning consent for the demolition the original bungalow and construction of a new, traditionally detailed two storey house.
In 2014, our customers asked us to return to build a modern extension to the property.
Saxon Cottage incorporates high levels of insulation and renewable heat technologies to deliver a home which combines comfortable living conditions with low heating costs.
In line with developing social trends, the house is primarily open plan on the ground floor with an extensive and sweeping living room finished with a superb, hard-wearing oak floor. There is a well-designed adjoining kitchen, just right for entertaining or socialising with friends.
The house was completed†three weeks ahead of programme, from start to finish†taking just under eight months to complete.
