The Old Nursery

The Old Nursery had been previously converted from a Victorian garden building into a domestic dwelling in 1960's. It required fully refurbishing to bring the property up to current standards, including the replacement of all roof coverings, windows, conservatory and floor structures.

The residence now provides a large open plan living area with wide sliding doors giving access to the mature gardens. The building is highly insulated and both the roof light in the kitchen and sliding doors maximise solar gain, making the main living area very warm and welcoming.

  • Glass incorporated into the design to increase light and sense of space
  • Open plan family living space
